6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 29 Charlie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
