How does user-based pricing work?

You pay an annual base fee plus a per-user monthly fee. For example, on the Professional plan with 50 users, you'd pay $199/year base + (50 users x $5/month x 12 months) = $3,199/year total.

Can I add or remove users anytime?

Yes! You can add users at any time and you'll be charged prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you remove users, the credit will be applied to your next invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual subscriptions.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to future invoices.

Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
